I honestly haven't been here in years. But definitely going to change that. They had an awesome event here today, that brought attention to the features here. Good job guys.
Love using the makers' space at this location. The guys who work there are very helpful.
Enjoyed my visit to the Amarillo Library book sale. Made several purchases.
Unfortunately my experience wasn't that great. I did not find the librarians I dealt with to be either warm, friendly, or welcoming. My experience at the downtown branch with similar to my experiences at both the Northwest branch and the southwest branch. Other libraries I have experienced in other cities have been extremely friendly and helpful.
They really need to update there times they have it incorrectly on the doors n on the website
Continually the worst branch in Amarillo by far with the rudest staff, limited knowledge of their own materials, and absolutely no comfortable seating within the entire building, not child friendly. I don't recommend the Amarillo library system at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Right now until the 23rd of October they have a few displays of the events during WW2. Alot of history is being represented. Its a must read. Very eye opening.
Just got my library card and can't wait to take advantage of all that this great library has to offer. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff answered all my questions and guided me on how to utilize the benefits of the library.
Great place to rent books and cd and if u need to use the computer
